Zachary Franke is a Consulting Manager in the Advisory Services practice at Brown Smith Wallace, where he provides consulting services that encompass project management and program management, including business process assessments, strategy development, process mapping and service program strategies for clients.
Zachary manages a growing number of the firm’s consulting engagements with clients ranging from regional distributors to global manufacturers. He also actively participates in a leadership role on both the Digital Business Transformation and Professional Growth Steering Committees for Brown Smith Wallace.
Zachary consults on fast track/rapid assessments, strategy development, internal and external client business processes, and accounting procedures to ensure process improvements. He is focused on developing process, systems and organization improvement recommendations in order to accelerate a company’s growth and profitability.
Prior to joining Brown Smith Wallace, Zachary performed internal audit services for a large publicly traded manufacturer and was responsible for compliance and financial reporting functions for a large publicly traded financial services corporation.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Zachary is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (CSSGB).
Zachary serves on the CHADS Coalition Board of Directors and is Member at Large of their Executive Committee. He is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MOCPA).
