Bill is a Tax Partner and the Partner in Charge of Industry Services at Brown Smith Wallace. In this role, he works to integrate the firm’s service offerings into multi-disciplinary teams to bring specific solutions and service offerings to specialized industries.
Bill has spent his career advising decision makers in a wide range of organizations in various industries including retail, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, real estate and construction. He specializes in developing financial, managerial, organizational and tax strategies to help clients achieve their long-term goals.
Bill brings value to his clients with expertise in:

- Merger & acquisition consulting
- Succession planning and implementation
- Organizational and profit enhancement through performance measurement systems consulting
Bill is a graduate of Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Construction Auditor (CCA), Construction Control Professional (CCP), and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
Bill serves on the advisory board of the National Association of Construction Auditors. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Construction Auditors.
Bill believes in giving back to the community and is actively involved in the Workforce Development Board of St. Charles County and the Lindenwood University School of Business.
He is a former chairman of the Salvation Army and board member for Duchesne High School.
