Tim is a Manager in the Advisory Services practice at Brown Smith Wallace. He has more than 35 years of diverse experience in financial roles with particular expertise in:

  • Cost Accounting and Analysis
  • Budgeting and Planning
  • Software Implementation and Project Management
  • Financial Accounting, Reporting and Analysis
  • Financial Modeling and Forecasting
  • Sarbanes Oxley Section 404
  • Internal Controls

Tim has industry experience with food and beverage, transportation (truck and barge), agriculture, manufacturing, automotive and leasing. At Brown Smith Wallace, Tim’s work in business performance consulting includes rapid assessments, benchmarking, process mapping, resource analysis and performance improvement strategies. 

Prior to joining Brown Smith Wallace, Tim worked at Anheuser-Busch for 27 years. While there, he served as senior manager of cost accounting, managing accounting for beer and vertically integrated subsidiaries. Tim also served as controller for the agricultural subsidiary, where he managed systems operations, as well as budgeting, planning and forecasting. His professional experience also includes positions at United Van Lines and Federal Barge Lines.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Maryville University and a Masters in Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University. He is a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt.
