Profile

Tim Jones is the Learning & Development Manager in Human Resources at Brown Smith Wallace.

Tim is skilled in curriculum development, training, customer service, coaching, strategic planning and business process improvement.

Prior to joining Brown Smith Wallace, Tim led organization and talent review for the business and functional department areas at Emerson. He also oversaw the mentor program, led compensation projects, and partnered with business leaders and HR staff to define organizational development projects and solutions. His vast knowledge of learning management systems enables him to ensure program functionality and effectiveness.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Missouri Baptist University and a Master of Arts in Military History from Norwich University. He is a certified Korn Ferry Leadership and Interview Architect.
