Robert Hof is a Consulting Manager in the Advisory Services practice where he is responsible for providing cybersecurity and IT audit services to the firm’s clients.
Robert started his career at Brown Smith Wallace in 2007 as a college intern and returned to the firm in 2019. He has eight years of public accounting and internal audit experience, as well as four years of system engineering/architecture experience. Robert’s experience includes three years leading the cybersecurity team within Charter Communications’ Internal Audit department. Prior to Charter, he spent two years leading the security architecture of Enterprise Holding’s Office 365 and Azure cloud adoption as well as three years in the PwC Risk Assurance practice auditing controls in support of SOC and financial reporting.
Robert earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems from Lindenwood University. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). He is the St. Louis Chapter President of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). Robert is a board member of the Missouri Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (MCCoE), as well as a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC2).
