Lincoln is a Partner in the Audit Services practice with a specialized focus in financial-service-related entities. He has nearly 19 years of experience in public accounting and leads the firm’s Financial Services Industry Group.
Lincoln’s broad range of experience includes providing audit and other attest services in the following industries:

- Securities Broker-Dealers (Clearing and Fully-Disclosed)

- Sub-Prime Lending Institutions
- Investment/Hedge Funds
Lincoln specializes in providing clients with counsel related to complex business matters and process improvement, internal controls and risk management, and cost reduction strategies. Additionally, Lincoln’s experience and exposure in dealing with FINRA, the SEC, and other regulatory agencies, and the personnel and corresponding regulations, has allowed for him to be an invaluable resource for his clients functioning in areas governed by these regulatory bodies.
Lincoln earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Southeast Missouri State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association’s (SIFMA) Financial Management Society. In 2011, Lincoln was recognized by the MOCPA as the recipient of the Outstanding Young Professional Award. In 2014, he was selected as a member of the St. Louis Business Journal’s class of 40 Under 40. In 2018, Lincoln was the recipient of the Brown Smith Wallace Founders’ Award.
Lincoln serves as the co-chair for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis’ Kids & Clays Event. He is a board member for Hope Happens and Great Rivers Habitat Alliance, and a board member/treasurer for Duckfest, Inc. Lincoln is also a member of Southeast Missouri State University’s Partners in Progress Advisory Board.
