Kevin Boeving is a Federal Tax Principal in the Tax Services group at Brown Smith Wallace, where his responsibilities include advising decision makers on a variety of tax planning strategies and managing their corporate, partnership, and/or individual income tax return compliance. Kevin has extensive experience with corporate tax provisions, S corporation planning, IRS audit management, research and development (R&D) tax credits, partnership taxation and high-net-worth tax planning. 

Kevin has more than 20 years of experience as a CPA and has worked with a wide variety of clients in the following industries:

  • Manufacturing
  • Wholesale
  • Professional Services
  • Construction
  • Small Business
  • Nonprofit

Before joining Brown Smith Wallace, he served as a manager for CBIZ, where he provided tax planning and compliance services for individuals, businesses and not-for-profit organizations. Kevin was also an instructor for the CBIZ national training program.

A graduate of the University of Illinois – Champaign/Urbana, Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.

Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Missouri Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  He is also Treasurer of the Missouri Venture Forum and active in the St. Louis startup community.
