Casey is a Manager in the Brown Smith Wallace Tax Services group and has 11 years of public accounting experience. She joined Brown Smith Wallace in 2009 with Big 4 Firm experience. As a Manager, Casey provides guidance and support for partnerships, corporations, S-Corporations and individuals primarily in the manufacturing, distribution and professional services industries. She has managed multiple corporate tax provisions, including those with international entities, and works closely with the state and local tax group to identify state nexus issues.

Casey is the captain of the firm’s Pedal the Cause team. Under her leadership, the team has nearly tripled the amount of money raised for Pedal the Cause on an annual basis. Casey also leads the tax simulation for the Brown Smith Wallace IMPACT program. The IMPACT program provides accounting students an exclusive opportunity to participate in their intended field, strengthen their leadership skills and prepare for their first internship.

Casey is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and MBA from the University of Tulsa. Casey is also a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MOCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
