Todd Snover Earns DMN and BPMN Certifications
Todd Snover, a supervisor in the Business Process & Systems Group, is the first person to achieve certification in DMN (Decision Model and Notation) from Bruce Silver and his Method and Style course.
Snover, who is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Project Manager (PMP), has extensive experience in cross-functional leadership, technical consulting, process and data analysis, best practice deployments and project management.
DMN is a relatively new standard from the Object Management Group. It is a visual approach for describing and modeling complex but repeatable decisions within business processes. The replaces the need for lengthy text descriptions or large and difficult to maintain process mapping of logic. The business logic captured in a DMN diagram can also be connected to an executable rules engine that allows easy changes in real time.
Following his completion of the decision modeling course presented by Bruce Silver, Snover is the first individual to achieve this certification.
Snover has also recently completed the Bruce Silver Method & Style course in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), which is a process mapping standard, also from OMG.
