Tracy Adams Promoted to Principal at Brown Smith Wallace


(ST. LOUIS, August 7, 2018) Tracy Adams has been promoted to principal in the tax services practice at Brown Smith Wallace. As a principal, Adams will be responsible for preparation, review and negotiations related to business and personal property taxes for large outsourced engagements.

Adams has nearly 20 years of combined property tax and accounting experience.

Prior to Brown Smith Wallace, Adams was a member of the property tax team at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Previously, she was a senior accountant at a privately held telecommunications company and worked as an accountant at a property management company.

Adams earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from Columbia College, graduating Cum Laude. She is a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT) and a candidate to become a Certified Member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (CMI).
