Lincoln Gray Promoted to Partner at Brown Smith Wallace
Gray, who joined the firm in 2002, has built and grown the firm’s Broker-Dealer and Investment Advisory Services niche, which currently serves approximately 20 broker-dealer and investment advisor firms under his leadership. He focuses on mastering complex industry regulatory requirements and becoming a subject matter expert for clients. This includes being contracted to provide consulting services to other firms relative to their broker-dealer and investment advisor engagements.
Gray earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Southeast Missouri State University, where he recently accepted a position to serve on the Accounting Department’s Partners in Progress Advisory Board. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Securities Industry and Financial Market Association’s (SIFMA) Financial Management Society. In 2011, Gray was recognized by the MSCPA and was the recipient of the Outstanding Young Professional Award.
In 2014, Gray was selected as a member of the St. Louis Business Journal’s class of 40 Under 40. An avid community servant, Gray serves on the Board of Directors for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis. In addition, he serves on their Development Committee, is the appointed Chair for the organization’s Annual Giving efforts, and is also a “Kids & Clays” Committee member.
