Emily Sill Promoted to Manager at Brown Smith Wallace
ST. LOUIS (August 9, 2016) Emily Sill has been promoted to manager in the Brown Smith Wallace tax services practice.
With more than ten years of public accounting experience, Sill serves executives, families and businesses in various industries with tax preparation and specific client needs. Her tax compliance and accounting services include managing business and individual tax returns, preparing tax projections, and researching various issues.
Sill has been influential in the firm’s recruiting process, as well as increasing her business development efforts. Sill is a key member of the SIUE campus recruiting team, in addition to serving on the Accounting Department Alumni Advisory Board. She also volunteers her time to Share Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support and has chaired their main event, the Angel Ball, for the past two years.
Sill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in accounting at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
