Dan Schoenleber Promoted to Principal at Brown Smith Wallace
ST. LOUIS (August 9, 2016) Dan Schoenleber has been promoted to principal in the transaction advisory and litigation support practice at Brown Smith Wallace.
Schoenleber has more than 10 years of public accounting experience and previously worked as a manager in the firm’s audit services practice.
As a principal, Schoenleber will assist clients through mergers and acquisitions, purchase price negotiations, as well as post-closing working capital and opening balance sheet procedures. Schoenleber will also be in charge of business valuations, fraud and forensic accounting, and litigation support engagements for clients in various industries.
Schoenleber earned a Bachelor of Science in accountancy with a minor in business administration from Illinois College. He is a licensed CPA, a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
