Ann Holtshouser Promoted to Partner at Brown Smith Wallace
ST. LOUIS (January 13, 2016) Ann Holtshouser has been promoted to Partner, Tax Services at Brown Smith Wallace. Holtshouser has 25 years of experience advising clients on tax issues relating to family wealth planning and privately-owned businesses, including real estate management, insurance sales and professional services. She provides comprehensive wealth management services to family businesses, wealthy families and executives.
As a Partner, Holtshouser will continue to provide comprehensive tax and wealth management services to her individual, business and fiduciary clients. She also manages the historic tax credit cost certification practice within the real estate advisory group, and provides consulting and advisory services to developers, general contractors and real estate investors.
Holtshouser is a licensed CPA and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in accounting from Rockhurst College. She is a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and is an active board member and treasurer of the Missouri Alliance for Historic Preservation (Missouri Preservation).
