Dan Ward Promoted to Principal at Brown Smith Wallace
ST. LOUIS (January 13, 2016) Dan Ward has been promoted to Principal, Audit Services at Brown Smith Wallace. Ward has more than 14 years of experience in public accounting and serves as the firm’s Quality Control Principal.
As the Quality Control Principal, Ward is responsible for the creation and monitoring of the firm’s Quality Control system, administering and overseeing technical training to the Audit Services group, advising the firm of technical accounting and attest changes, and identifying the effect they may have on the firm’s clients.
Ward holds Bachelor of Science degrees in accounting and management information systems from Lindenwood University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
