Save the date for our next NPO Speaker Series event, "Hit Your High Performance Targets," where Julie Russell, Senior Vice President, Planning and Evaluation for United Way of Greater St. Louis, will present an approach to implementing an outcomes framework.
With the growing demand for greater accountability and results, combined with increasingly challenging times and a competitive environment, it's critical to understand the importance of measuring results and communicating the impact to stakeholders.
This presentation will allow participants to learn the why, the what, and the how of not-for-profit performance measurement and management as well as practical tools to help agencies on their quality standards journey.
About the Speaker
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 25 years of experience in data, quality, and performance improvement, Julie Russell possesses a unique combination of clinical and administrative expertise in the not-for-profit sector. In her role as Senior Vice President of Planning and Evaluation, she oversees community investments, outcomes and performance measurement, research, and 2-1-1 for the United Way of Greater St. Louis. Julie is an Ambassador for the Leap of Reason Community and has been involved with the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award in Missouri for 10 years, most recently serving as a judge. As an Adjunct Professor at Washington University’s Brown School of Social Work, she has taught Evaluation of Programs and Services.
Participants will earn 1 CPE credit. In order to be awarded the full credit hour, you must be present, registering your attendance and complete the survey administered at the end of the program.
