NPO Speaker Series: Tools to Measure Program Impact @ St. Charles County

Register now for our next NPO Speaker Series event, “Tools to Measure Program Impact,” where Emily Uzzle, Director, Learning and Evaluation for United Way of Greater St. Louis, will present how the theory of change and program design helps define program success.

In this session, participants will explore the theory of change and program design and identify the data that will best inform their understanding of program impact. Participants will also learn about resources and processes that can be used to find and/or design measurement tools and methods that will bolster program evaluation.

About the Speaker

As Director of Learning and Evaluation at United Way of Greater St. Louis, Emily helps United Way member agencies better measure and communicate their program impact through targeted consultation, general trainings and peer-learning facilitation. Emily supports United Way’s efforts to identify community need, collect and analyze data from member agencies, and understand the impact of organizational investments and strategies. Emily’s background as a Program Director and St. Louis Public School teacher drives her value for learning, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement.

Participants will earn 1 CPE credit. In order to be awarded the full credit hour, you must be present, registering your attendance and complete the survey administered at the end of the program.
