Kathy is a Principal in the Entrepreneurial Services Group at Brown Smith Wallace. She has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting with specific emphasis in tax planning, compliance and research for individuals and businesses. She also spends much of her time consulting with small business clients on operating, financial and tax matters. Prior to joining Brown Smith Wallace, Kathy was part of the management group of Bergman, Schraier and Co.
A graduate of the School of Business of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Kathy is a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has served on the MSCPA Litigation Services Committee and in other positions for several community organizations. She currently serves as the board director for the Greater St. Louis Chapter of the American Parkinson Disease Association.
