What is an intermediary? 
An intermediary is a third party representative for a seller
or buyer of a business. The main reasons for hiring intermediaries
is to have an independent person(s) represent you in the
sale or acquisition of a business to bring calm, logic, and
good decision making to the process.

Our fees are contingent and determined by formula, except
for a non refundable retainer paid at the time we are hired
and deducted from the total fee.
