How much time is needed to prepare a program?

The world of technology is always changing. In order to keep the presentations accurate and up-to-date, research and planning time is needed. Even an “off the shelf” speech requires review and update. While there is no real minimum (I have responded in 15 minutes due to an emergency affecting the keynote speaker), one week is normally required.

What are Steve's AV requirements?

I will fit your room and budget. Normally, only a projector and screen are used. If there are more than about 25 participants, a wireless microphone is requested. Bright rooms are the best. For special cases, flip charts and “old fashioned” overheads have been used.

Will Steve create a totally custom program?

The answer is YES. However, it has to be based on information I can do successfully. I always recommend another presenter to cover topics that are not within my areas of expertise. A totally custom program normally requires a minimum of four weeks to prepare.

How can we enhance the presentation?

Custom CDs have a very high take home value. Highlights from other presentations, “web pages” from sponsors and material related to the conference or the organization can be included. The cost is dependent on the volume and complexity of the material to be included. Duplication can be done by your team or we can have it done and pass through the expense.
