Job Description

Forward thinking, growing, and progressive CPA and consulting firm headquartered in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Marketing Coordinator. With three offices (St. Louis, St. Charles, and Chicago) and a complement of nearly 200 people, the firm is achieving aggressive growth goals on an annual basis and marketing is a key ingredient to our growth.

The Marketing Coordinator is a key part of our action-oriented Marketing Department where he/she is responsible for updating and enhancing website content, coordinating online marketing programs, writing copy for internal and external websites, direct mail, and internal communications, and the administrative tasks of completing proposals and presentations.

Other responsibilities include maintaining marketing databases, developing mailing lists, and research. Person needs to be IT and web savvy, detail oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Professional services and graphic design experience a plus. Candidates should have a BS/BA degree (or equivalent work experience) and a minimum of three to five years relevant working experience.
