Staff and Senior Financial / Operational Risk Management 
Job Statement
Become a part of a dynamic and fast growing team. Professionals
are accountable for performing the work for a client and
exceeding client expectations during engagements. They
work under the general supervision of an Engagement Manager
or Senior. Staff and Senior Auditors should be sufficiently
competent to ensure that the quality of the service they
perform will delight the customer. Location: St. Louis,
MO
Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting internal audits, Sarbanes-Oxley
documentation and testing, SAS 70's, process evaluations,
and other services provided by the Risk Services practice.
- Professionals must have a good understanding of business
and accounting and must possess good analytical, communication,
and client service skills.
- Professionalism is required at all times including
confidentiality, accountability, and performance of quality
work within deadlines.
- Employees must follow engagement methodologies; follow
the Quality Assurance system; complete projects as assigned
and maintain a certain level of utilization.
- It is anticipated that professionals will work an average
of 40 to 50 hours on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
Staff - 2 to 4 years
of relevant experience
Senior - 5 to 10
years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related
service line field
Professional designations are preferred, but not mandatory
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including
presentation skills
- Strong background in software used in the service line,
as well Microsoft Office applications including Excel,
Word, Power Point, and Access
