Her experience and grasp of the body of knowledge in the valuation discipline qualifies her as a premier strategic business advisor.

Prior to joining Brown Smith Wallace, Donna played a number of roles in public accounting and industry. She was vice president and treasurer of a NASDAQ-traded manufacturer of health care products, where she valued acquisition candidates and developed creative financing for them.

As director of investor relations for a NYSE-traded company, she directed financial communications with domestic and international securities analysts, investment and commercial banks, business reporters and money fund managers.

As assistant treasurer of a NYSE-traded company, she was responsible for financing worldwide operations and administered the stock buyback program.

Donna holds two degrees from Saint Louis University:
