as Director of Brown Smith Wallace Financial Advisory Services Group.
She has more than 25 years
of experience serving companies ranging from closely held,
family owned businesses to publicly traded corporations.
Her
extensive consulting experience includes:

Donna’s professional designations include:
- Accredited
in Business Valuations from the American Institute of
CPAs
- Accredited Senior Appraiser from the American Society
of Appraisers
- Certified Valuation Analyst from the
National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts
- Certified Forensic Accountant designation
Her experience and grasp of the body of knowledge
in the valuation discipline qualifies her as a
premier strategic business advisor.
Prior to joining Brown Smith Wallace, Donna played
a number of roles in public accounting and industry.
She was vice president and treasurer of a NASDAQ-traded
manufacturer of health care products, where she valued
acquisition candidates and developed creative financing
for them.
As director of investor relations for a
NYSE-traded company, she directed financial communications
with domestic and international securities analysts,
investment and commercial banks, business reporters
and money fund managers.
As assistant treasurer of
a NYSE-traded company, she was responsible for financing
worldwide operations and administered the stock buyback
program.
Donna holds two degrees from Saint Louis University:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA)
degree with a major in accounting
- Master of Science degree with a concentration in finance
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants(AICPA), the Missouri Society of Certified Public
Accountants(MSCPA), the American Society of Appraisers (ASP), the American
College of Forensic Examiners (ACFE) and the National Association
of Certified Valuation Analysts(NACVA).
