Frank is a Member in the
St. Charles office of Brown Smith Wallace. He joined Brown
Smith Wallace through the merger of his previous firm,
Megargel Willbrand & Co., in September of 2002. He
had practiced in his own firm for more than 25 years and
with a national CPA firm prior to that.
All told, Frank has more than 32 years of experience serving
St. Charles and St. Louis businesses. His personalized
approach and broad business knowledge have yielded many
referrals from satisfied clients and other professionals.
Frank concentrates his
practice on tax planning and consulting for closely held
businesses and individuals. His business practice spans
all industries, with an emphasis on:
- Not-for-profit
- Medical/health care
- Professional services
- Retail
A St. Charles native, Frank is active in the community
as a member of the Reliance Bank Board of Directors, American
Red Cross, Planned Giving Advisory Council and treasurer
of St. Charles Lewis and Clark Bicentennial Foundation.
In addition, he is a past adjunct professor at Lindenwood
University.
Frank is a graduate of the University of Missouri-St. Louis
and has served as honorary co-chairman of UMSL’s
Red & Gold Club. He is a member of both the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri
Society of Certified Public Accountants.
